"Commerce" Calls on Companies Whose Fiscal Year Ended at End of 2024 to File Their Financial Statements Before the Statutory Deadline Tomorrow

"التجارة" تدعو الشركات المنتهية سنتها المالية بنهاية 2024 لإيداع قوائمها قبل نهاية المهلة النظامية غداً

The Ministry of Commerce called on companies whose fiscal year ended on 31 December 2024 and had not yet filed their financial statements to do so before the end of Monday, 30 June 2025, to avoid financial penalties under the provisions of the Companies Law. The Ministry stated that the financial statement filing requirement applies to all companies under the law.
