Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Penalizes 12 Recruitment Offices for Violating the Rules of Practicing Recruitment and Providing Labor Services

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced the results of oversight of recruitment offices and companies during the second quarter of 2026, taking regulatory action against 12 recruitment offices: the activity of 5 offices was suspended immediately, and the licenses of 7 offices were revoked for failing to correct violations within the specified deadline. The violations included breaching recruitment practice rules, delays in refunding amounts owed to clients, and failure to process beneficiary complaints. The Ministry urged beneficiaries to use the "Musaned" platform and report violations via the unified number (920002866) or the Musaned app.
