During the Hajj 1447 AH season, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development conducted more than 10,000 field supervisory visits across Makkah, Madinah, and the Holy Sites to verify establishment compliance with labour regulations and seasonal workplace requirements. The visits resulted in the detection of approximately 2,400 violations and the handling of 87 reports, with the most common infractions being employers hiring workers from other establishments without an "Ajeer" notification, employing non-Saudi workers in professions reserved for Saudi nationals, and operating non-Saudi workers without a work permit. More than 8,000 establishments benefited from the "Ajeer Hajj" temporary labour service, while the Ministry also provided awareness visits and digital services to support the seasonal labour market.
