The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development runs a 'Labor Culture' awareness initiative to raise awareness of rights and duties under the Labor Law and its implementing regulations and to strengthen compliance in the labor market. The initiative provides educational content on contract terms, working hours, leave, wages, and end-of-service procedures, with dedicated content for working women and persons with disabilities. Labor attachés outside the Kingdom also support this awareness effort for workers before they enter the labor market.
