Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Announces Opening of Registration for the Qualifying Year at Day Care Centers 1448 AH

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development opened registration for the 1448 AH qualifying year at day care centers, from Sunday 6/1/1448 AH (21/6/2026) through Thursday 2/2/1448 AH (16/7/2026). Eligibility requires Saudi nationality (or specified exceptions), valid residency where seats permit, freedom from contagious disease, and moderate-to-severe intellectual disability without risk-posing psychological or behavioral disorders, with applicants not employed or in education. Inter-center transfers run from 12/2/1448 AH (26/7/2026) to 16/2/1448 AH (30/7/2026). The 34-week qualifying year begins 17/3/1448 AH (30/8/2026) and ends 28/12/1448 AH (3/6/2027).
