The Ministry Introduces Integrated Digital Solutions to Enhance the Experience of Guests of the Most Merciful during Hajj 1447 AH

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced a suite of integrated digital solutions to enhance the experience of Hajj 1447 AH pilgrims. These include a disability-facilitation card, instant support and assistance services, a labour-violation reporting feature, and humanitarian outreach to those in need, all accessible through the Ministry's smart application. The "Muwaamat" app provides round-the-clock services for persons with disabilities, including sign-language interpretation, visual assistance for the blind, and video-call tools for emergency situations. The "Ajeer Al-Hajj" service supports the deployment of national workers on seasonal contracts, with digital contract documentation to improve labour-market organisation during the season.
