Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Reviews Its Institutional Maturity in Beneficiary Experience Before "Adaa"

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's Deputy Minister for Beneficiary Experience and Branches, Raed bin Abdulaziz Al-Jarba, received a delegation from the National Center for Performance Measurement of Public Agencies ("Adaa"), led by Talal bin Abdullah Al-Subaie, Deputy Director-General for Performance Management at the center. The two sides discussed cooperation in organizing, measuring, and improving beneficiary experience and capacity building, and the Adaa delegation reviewed the Ministry's practices in developing beneficiary experience, including its innovation, measurement, and improvement methodologies.
