Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Achieves Global Recognition at the World Summit on the Information Society WSIS 2026 Awards

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development achieved global recognition when the "Ajeer" platform and the "Smart Labor Market Monitoring Model" won the Excellence Award at the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS 2026) awards, organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) under the United Nations. The two projects won after passing international evaluation and voting stages, competing against around 1,500 projects from 100 countries, of which 360 qualified for international voting. Ajeer won in the "e-employment" category as a national platform offering flexible solutions for employers and temporary/seasonal work permits, while the Smart Labor Market Monitoring Model won in the "Ethical Dimensions of the Information Society" category for using AI to analyze data and monitor compliance indicators, reducing the decision-making cycle from 25 days to just 3 days.
