Engineer 'Al-Mushaiti' Witnesses the Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding Between the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture and the Ministry of Human Resources to Train and Empower Social Security Beneficiaries

The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development signed a memorandum of understanding to train and empower social security beneficiaries in the fields of environment, water, and agriculture, developing their capacities and skills in line with labour market requirements. The signing was witnessed by Deputy Minister of Environment Engineer Mansour bin Hilal Al-Mushaiti and Deputy Minister of Human Resources Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Abu Thnain, with the MoU signed on behalf of each ministry by their respective deputy ministers. The memorandum provides for the formation of a joint working team to coordinate cooperation, follow up on implementation, and submit periodic reports to ensure performance quality, in pursuit of Saudi Vision 2030 targets.
