"Environment" Announces the Restructuring of the Saudi Alliance for Agricultural and Food Technologies to Contribute to Enhancing Food Security and Its Sustainability

"البيئة" تُعلن إعادة هيكلة التحالف السعودي للتقنيات الزراعية والغذائية للإسهام في تعزيز الأمن الغذائي واستدامته

The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture announced the restructuring of the Saudi Alliance for Agricultural and Food Technologies, strengthening its governance and institutional performance to support innovation and food security, coinciding with World Creativity and Innovation Day. Deputy Minister for Research and Innovation Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Malik described the restructuring as a strategic step, and the Alliance's steering committee announced a new award for leaders with impact in the agriculture sector, while the Ministries of Investment and of Communications and Information Technology joined the Alliance. The Alliance is described as a national platform bringing together more than 150 entities from 12 countries working on agricultural and food technologies.
