Deputy Minister of Environment Affirms the Importance of Raising Readiness Levels for the System's Sectors in Preparation for the Hajj Season 1447 AH

The Deputy Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Eng. Mansour bin Hilal Al-Mushaiti, affirmed the importance of continuing efforts and raising readiness levels across the system's sectors in preparation for the Hajj season 1447 AH, through unifying efforts and coordination among relevant entities. This came during a coordination meeting he chaired at the ministry's branch in the Makkah region, attended by the ministry's regional branch and the National Agricultural Services Company, reviewing operational plans and early readiness levels. He also discussed with the Deputy Emir of Makkah, Musaid bin Abdulaziz Al-Dawood, matters including food provisioning and efforts to reduce random slaughter, and conducted a field visit to the National Center for Meteorology headquarters in Mina.
