The Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Engineer Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadley, met with the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy for the Oceans, Ambassador Peter Thomson. The meeting covered areas of cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the United Nations related to oceans and marine resources, and reviewed the Kingdom's efforts in environmental protection and its participation in national, regional, and international initiatives for the protection of the environment and natural resources, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
