Deputy Minister of Environment Witnesses Signing of Memorandum of Understanding Between "Rural Saudi Arabia" and "Monsha'at" to Enhance the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem for Small Farmers

نائب وزير البيئة يشهد توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين "ريف السعودية" و"منشآت" لتعزيز منظومة ريادة الأعمال لصغار المزارعين

The Deputy Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Engineer Mansour bin Hilal Al-Mushaiti, witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Sustainable Agricultural Rural Development Programme (Rural Saudi Arabia) and the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha'at), represented respectively by Secretary-General Engineer Ghassan Bakri and Deputy Governor for Planning and Development Suleiman bin Abdulrahman Al-Tarif. The MoU aims to enhance cooperation in enabling the entrepreneurship ecosystem for small farmers, support them in establishing small and medium enterprises, exchange practical and scientific expertise, develop entrepreneurship projects, and raise awareness of entrepreneurship. The agreement also seeks to improve rural living standards and increase farmers' incomes in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
