In Its First Meeting.. The Steering Committee of the "Water Strip" Initiative Approves 3 Strategic Objectives to Enable Innovation and Enhance Effective Partnerships

The Steering Committee of the "Water Innovation Partnerships Strip" initiative, chaired by MEWA's Deputy Minister for Research and Innovation Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Malik, held its first meeting and approved three strategic objectives: building a water innovation community linking innovators to local and international funding, and accelerating deployment of technology solutions by enabling commercialization pathways, developing intellectual property, and strengthening the Kingdom's position as a regional hub for water technologies. The meeting also approved the initiative's operational framework and governance, as an extension of the Water Strip initiative launched in December 2025.
