The Deputy Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Engineer Mansour bin Hilal Al-Mushayti, witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Saudi Rural Academy and the Sakhaa Program to strengthen coordination in implementing agricultural and rural development initiatives. The MoU was signed by Dr. Maha bint Mohammed Al-Dahi, CEO of the Saudi Rural Academy, and Engineer Abdulaziz Mohammed Al-Hussein, Secretary-General of the Sakhaa Program, on the sidelines of the Labour Market Conference organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. The MoU covers areas including supporting feasibility studies, unifying efforts to empower high-impact agricultural initiatives, building national portfolios of priority agricultural initiatives, and connecting contributors to measurable opportunities, under a shared governance framework and impact indicators.
