استقبل مسجد قباء أكثر من 26 مليون زائر خلال عام 2025، بحسب هيئة تطوير منطقة المدينة المنورة. وشملت أعمال التطوير التي أُشرفت عليها الهيئة تهيئة أكثر من 2500 متر مربع من ساحات الصلاة، وإضافة أكثر من 160 طنًا لمنظومة التكييف، وإنشاء أكثر من 150 مظلة خارجية، وتطوير نظام الصوت بأكثر من 160 سماعة، وفرش أكثر من 3 آلاف متر مربع من السجاد.
