Madinah's winter season program, organized by the Madinah Region Development Authority, features a range of cultural and tourism activities, including the Hijrah exhibition tracing the Prophet's migration route, the Mount Uhud experience, and open markets such as Wasat Al-Madinah, Souq Al-Uyoun, Al-Maqsad Al-Shitawi, and Maqsad Quba offering local products and crafts. The program also includes seasonal entertainment and family activities, literary and artistic programs, and sports/community activities such as the Ma'alem Marathon, aimed at boosting tourism and reflecting Madinah's cultural identity.
