Secretary of Al Madinah Al Munawwarah Region and CEO of the Madinah Region Development Authority Eng. Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Bulaihishi extended congratulations, on his own behalf and on behalf of the region's secretariat and development authority staff, to King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, as well as to the region's Emir and his deputy, on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
