Vice Minister of Communications Meets with SambaNova CEO to boost AI Investments and Build National Capabilities

The Vice Minister of Communications and Information Technology, H.E. Eng. Haytham AlOhali, met in the United States with Rodrigo Liang, CEO of SambaNova Systems. The two sides reviewed the company's projects in sandboxes with its partners in the Kingdom and discussed opportunities to expand investment in AI infrastructure and local manufacturing. Discussions also covered initiatives to build national capabilities and develop the technological ecosystem to accelerate the adoption of advanced AI technologies and strengthen the Kingdom's position as a leading hub for technology and innovation.
