Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdullah Alswaha met with Canadian Minister of International Trade Maninder Sidhu at the ministry's headquarters in Riyadh to discuss expanding bilateral partnership in the fields of artificial intelligence, innovation, and advanced technologies, in line with Saudi Arabia's efforts to strengthen its position as a global hub for AI and the digital economy. The ministers reviewed opportunities to attract Canadian investments in promising sectors and explored avenues for cooperation in AI, supporting the entrepreneurship ecosystem, and opening markets in both countries.
