Saudi Tech Forum Hackathon Concludes with the Awarding of Three National Teams for Generative AI Solutions

The Generative AI Hackathon, organized by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Manara in partnership with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), concluded as part of the Saudi Tech Forum. Three winning teams were announced: first place to "Future Balance" (supporting students and newly licensed lawyers in evaluating legal pleadings), second to "Qawim" (AI-based monitoring and damage assessment for streets, cities, and bridges), and third to "Zimam" (helping SMEs analyze Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority requirements). The hackathon had 2,260 registered participants, with 860 completing a three-week, 12-hour training program covering Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
