Minister of Communications and Information Technology Eng. Abdullah Alswaha met with Qualcomm president and chief executive Cristiano Amon to discuss the company's current projects and prospects for cooperation in advanced communications technologies and artificial intelligence. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the ninth Future Investment Initiative (FII9) and addressed support for research, development, innovation, and knowledge transfer and capacity building in advanced technologies.
