Minister of Communications Meets with the Business Sector at the Federation of Saudi Chambers, Showcases Achievements and Tech Investment Opportunities

Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdullah Alswaha met with the business sector at the Federation of Saudi Chambers, noting three development phases: the Enablement Phase starting 2017, the Transformation Phase in 2020, and the Innovation Phase in 2025 marked by HUMAIN's launch. He cited Saudi Arabia ranking first among G20 countries in digital competitiveness, a telecommunications and IT market of SAR190 billion (80% growth), digital talents rising to 406,000 (62% increase), venture capital investments reaching SAR5.4 billion (3,100% increase), and eight tech unicorns holding 50% of the region's market share. He added the National IT Development Program has supported more than 3,000 companies, 446 AI projects, 1,187 startup initiatives, and created over 17,000 jobs. Federation President Hassan Al-Huwaizi praised the Ministry's role in making the ICT sector attractive for investment.
