MCIT Announces the Quantum Challenge in Partnership with IBM and the Saudi Quantum Technology Association

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology announced the launch of the Quantum Challenge in partnership with IBM and the Saudi Quantum Technology Association, a five-day educational and competitive program running November 9 to 13, 2025, aimed at raising national talent awareness of quantum computing, including programming with Qiskit and solving quantum optimization problems (QUBO/VQE/QAOA) and their AI applications. The ministry invited interested university students and graduates in computer science and advanced technologies to register by November 1, 2025.
