Ministry of Education: The Nursery Stage regulating bylaw

The project aims to establish a comprehensive Regulation for nursery services that defines the requirements for providing education and care to children and clarifies the roles and responsibilities of relevant stakeholders. It seeks to enhance service quality, safeguard children’s safety and rights, and support their holistic development by regulating staffing, learning environments, educational practices, and assessment. The project is also intended to support the expansion of nursery services, strengthen partnerships with families and communities, promote equal opportunities, and improve the effectiveness of related regulations and systems.
