The Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence aims to receive public opinion regarding the proposed amendments to the Personal Data Protection Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19) dated 9/2/1443 AH, in implementation of the relevant regulatory requirements, and the Authority’s commitment to achieving the highest levels of transparency and participation with all stakeholders in this vital sector. The Authority invites all public, private and non-profit entities as well as individuals to express their comments on the proposed amendments, as all opinions received will be analysed and reviewed and appropriate recommendations will be proposed accordingly.
