Insurance Authority: Amendments to the Implementing Regulations of the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law

The project aims to amend certain provisions of the Implementing Regulation of the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law to enable the implementation of the Risk-Based Capital (RBC) model, and to update the provisions relating to solvency, capital, and investment requirements in line with a risk-based approach, thereby contributing to strengthening the financial resilience of insurance and reinsurance companies and enhancing the prudential and supervisory framework of the insurance sector.
