Ministry of Municipalities & Housing: Update of the Regulations for Governing the Establishment of Companies Owned by Municipal Authorities

The updated regulations come as a regulatory framework that defines the rules governing the establishment of trusteeship and municipal companies and the assignment of municipal work to them, and regulates the establishment procedures, conditions and requirements of the detailed study, mechanisms for assignment, financing, investment of assets and revenues, and matters related to oversight, governance, models and transitional provisions.
