The rules aim to foster transparency and reliability in fundraising activities, as well as safeguard the rights of beneficiaries and donors through the following: 1. Regulating NCNP’s issuance of licenses. 2. Elevating the governance level of licensed entities and ensuring their compliance with regulatory provisions related to fundraising operations and activities, particularly regarding fundraising appeals, advertisements, and managing in-kind donations. 3. Regulating the engagement of third parties acting on behalf of licensed entities in fundraising solicitation.
