The project aims to raise the level of compliance for laws and regulations relevant to the municipal sector, in order to protect public facilities from encroachment and damage, and to enhance clarity and transparency in the application of penalties to violators in accordance with the Public Facilities Protection Law within the Scope of Municipal Jurisdiction.
