هيئة الرقابة النووية والإشعاعية: ترخيص الخبير المؤهل في مجال الأمان الإشعاعي ومهامه ومسؤولياته
In reference to the Law of Nuclear and Radiological Control, promulgated by Royal Decree No. (M/82) dated 7/25/1439 AH, which mandates the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission (NRRC) to formulate the requisite technical regulations. Furthermore, in accordance with the Statute of the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission, issued by Cabinet Resolution No. (334) dated 6/25/1439 AH, it is established that a fundamental duty of the NRRC is the issuance of regulations. This obligation aligns with the NRRC’s stipulated requirements as delineated in the approved technical regulations and underscores the need to establish the framework governing the authorization, duties, and responsibilities of Qualified Experts (QE) in support of relevant activities and facilities in the field of radiation safety.
