This project aims to: 1. Determining the procedures arising from judgments issued by administrative courts in minor cases before the Board of Grievances. 2. Clarifying the procedures for correcting, interpreting, and reconsidering judgments issued in minor cases before the Board of Grievances. 3. Enhancing the efficiency of adjudicating substantive cases before the courts of the Board of Grievances. 4. Balancing the complexity and significance of a case against the time required for its adjudication.
