The approved regulatory frameworks governing the visiting yachts and the large yacht chartering have been consolidated and harmonized, with their provisions reviewed and further developed under a unified regulatory framework entitled “Requirements and Conditions for Visiting Yacht” The newly developed Requirements and Conditions will supersede the four existing approved regulatory documents, which will be repealed by a resolution of the Board of Directors concurrently with the approval of the new regulatory framework.
