The amendment aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the procedures for reviewing violations of the Law on the Law of Nuclear and Radiation Control. This is achieved by assigning the task of reviewing violations to a specialized internal committee, thereby facilitating the expeditious completion of regulatory procedures, leveraging the technical and legal expertise within the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission (NRRC), and aligning with the legislative practices of regulatory bodies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
