The Regulation aims to regulate the licensing of contracting activities in the Kingdom by defining its scope of application, the procedures and requirements for obtaining a license, its term and renewal, contractors’ responsibilities and obligations, provisions related to violations and grievances as well as the executive measures necessary for implementing the Regulation. The Regulation applies to contractors who carry out or apply to carry out contracting activities in the Kingdom in both the public and private sectors.
