The project aims to specifies the requirements and conditions that must be met for the clearance of Saudi-origin products re-imported into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia following export. It covers products returned due to non-compliance with the exporting country's requirements, products re-imported for distribution in the local market, and products re-imported following temporary export for maintenance or participation in international exhibitions, in accordance with the applicable regulations and technical regulations in the Kingdom.
