الهيئة العامة للمنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة: استبيان تصريح إقامة برنامج مسرعة أعمال

No action neededAwareness

Monsha'at seeks to address the challenges faced by business accelerator providers and funding entities by establishing a regulatory framework that expands entrepreneurs' access to accelerator programs while safeguarding the rights and interests of entrepreneurs and startups. To achieve this objective, Monsha'at has introduced regulatory requirements governing the implementation of business accelerator programs. These requirements include obtaining prior approval before launching an accelerator program, ensuring that the implementing entity is a licensed business incubator or accelerator, establishing eligibility criteria for participating entrepreneurs, and identifying eligible investors and supporting entities, including venture capital funds and public and private sector organizations. The framework is designed to strengthen governance, enhance transparency and accountability, and promote the consistent and effective delivery of accelerator programs across the Kingdom.
