The project aims to develop the Executive Regulations of the new Government Tenders and Procurement Law in alignment with the amendments introduced to the Law, address practical challenges identified during its implementation, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of government tenders and procurement procedures. It also seeks to promote transparency, equality and equal opportunity, improve the government contracting environment, and enable government entities to meet their needs efficiently and flexibly, in a manner that serves the public interest and safeguards public funds.
