The project is driven by the authority's regulatory role in the land transport sector, and regarding the development of the regulatory environment for activities in this sector in line with the authority's goals of creating an investment-friendly environment and improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, the authority aims to issue independent requirements for operating parcel stations to help organize the sector, create an attractive investment environment, improve last-mile service quality, encourage competition, enhance user experience, and protect their rights.
