‏Jouf Strategic Development Office: Investment Policy for Real Estate Owned by Government Entities in Al Jouf Region

المكتب الاستراتيجي لتطوير منطقة الجوف: سياسة الاستثمار للعقارات اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻮﻛﺔ ﻟﻠﺠﻬـــــﺎت اﻟﺤﻜـﻮﻣﻴﺔ ﻓـــﻲ ﻣﻨﻄﻘــــﺔ الجـــــوف

Enable investment across all economic activities in a manner that achieves the optimal utilization of government-owned real estate; establish unified criteria for evaluating real estate attractiveness and linking it to economic returns; define objective requirements and standards for investors that support project stability and sustainability; and support balanced and comprehensive regional development through attracting investments across various sectors, including but not limited to tourism, industry, trade, and services, thereby enhancing the region’s added value, increasing its contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and enabling investment in legally permitted economic activities to ensure the optimal utilization of government-owned lands in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
