The project aims to establish the rules and procedures governing the issuance of licenses to entities for conducting checks, auditing, and issuing accreditation certificates in the field of personal data protection. The aim is to regulate activities related to personal data protection, enhance individuals’ trust in transactions involving the processing of personal data, and encourage entities subject to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law to adopt practices that comply with the law, its executive regulations, and the directives issued by the competent authority regarding its implementation.
