Ministry of Municipalities & Housing: Regulations for developing planned lands designated for housing support programs according to Article 13 of the Municipal Real Estate Disposal Regulations issued by Royal Order No. 40152 dated 29/06/1441 AH

These regulations aim to set methods for investing in municipal lands in exchange for developing them or building housing units for the beneficiaries of developmental housing or others, according to the municipal property disposal regulations.
