The Insurance Authority Announces the Suspension of Takaful Emarat Insurance Services Company from Practicing Insurance Brokerage Activities Effective April 16, 2025, Due to Violations of Supervisory and Regulatory Instructions.
تُعلن هيئة التأمين إيقاف شركة تكافل الإمارات للخدمات التأمينية عن ممارسة نشاط وساطة التأمين اعتباراً من تاريخ 16/04/2025م لمخالفتها التعليمات الإشرافية والرقابية.
The Insurance Authority issued a decision suspending Takaful Emarat Insurance Services Company from practicing insurance brokerage activity effective Wednesday, April 16, 2025, for violating supervisory and regulatory instructions, applying Article 19 of the Law on Supervision of Cooperative Insurance Companies issued by Royal Decree No. (M/32) dated 02/06/1424 AH. The suspension does not relieve the company of its obligations toward active insurance policies and any resulting claims. The Authority stated the suspension will not be lifted until the company proves it has corrected its status and complied with regulatory standards and requirements.
