The Insurance Authority announced a decision dated 01/01/2025 approving the request of Al-Mu'tamidon Insurance Agency to terminate its activity, based on the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law and its implementing regulations. The Authority confirmed that this approval does not exempt the company from fulfilling any outstanding obligations or dues, and those with claims against the company may pursue them or refer to the competent authorities.
