The Insurance Authority announced the licensing of two companies — "We Point Systems Arabia for Insurance Claims Settlement" and "Al-Hulool Al-Amthal for Insurance Claims Settlement" — to practice insurance claims settlement activity. The Authority stated that this activity supports insurance sector goals, strengthens trust between clients and insurance companies, and improves customer experience. The Authority noted it is the body responsible for regulating insurance business and granting licenses to practice insurance activities in the Kingdom, and advised verifying licensed companies via its website WWW.IA.GOV.SA.
