Localization of insurance product sales jobs

The Insurance Authority issued a decision Saudizing all insurance product sales jobs, effective from April 15, 2024, to support and strengthen the effectiveness of the insurance sector and to empower national talent. This is based on the Authority's mandate to regulate and supervise the insurance business under the Insurance Authority's Statute issued by Council of Ministers Resolution No. (85) dated 28/01/1445 AH. The decision provides that non-specialized sales employees may not be granted any sales-related commissions, and the Authority will monitor implementation of the Saudization decision from its issuance date toward the targeted localization ratio.
