During 2025 the Authority ran development programs including a training camp with Lloyd's Academy for over 95 specialists, a scholarship program for a Master's in actuarial science, insurance and risk management with Bayes Business School in the UK, and sponsorship of the Future Actuaries Connect event. The Authority noted the Saudi insurance market currently provides more than 17,000 jobs with a Saudization rate exceeding 85%.
