The Insurance Authority approves Developer Financing Guarantee Product for Off-Plan Sales offered by Damanat

هيئة التأمين تعلن عن اعتماد منتج ضمان تمويل المطورين لمشاريع البيع على الخارطة الخاص بشركة ضمانات.

Based on its rules for approving insurance products, the Insurance Authority approved the Developer Financing Guarantee Product for Off-Plan Sales (OPDG) offered by the Saudi Company for Real Estate Guaranteed Housing Services (Damanat) for corporate clients, under identifier F-DMNT-1-C-24-004. The product aims to support real estate developers by enabling them to obtain financing needed to develop off-plan sale projects.
