The Suspension of Lonsdale & Associates Insurance Brokers Announcement

The Insurance Authority issued a decision suspending Lonsdale & Associates Insurance Brokers from practicing its activity effective Thursday, 29/11/1445 AH corresponding to 06/06/2024, applying Article (19) of the Law on Supervision of Cooperative Insurance Companies issued by Royal Decree No. (M/32) dated 02/06/1424 AH, and its amendments. The suspension does not relieve the company of its obligations regarding valid insurance policies and any resulting claims. The Authority stated the suspension will not be lifted until the company corrects its status and complies with regulatory standards, and it urged rights-holders to contact the company, or, if there is no response within (3) business days, to submit a complaint to the Authority via care.ia.gov.sa or the toll-free number (8001240551).
