Licenses Revocation Decisions for Several Companies

The Insurance Authority announced final decisions revoking the licenses of a number of companies under the Law on Supervision of Cooperative Insurance Companies and its implementing resolutions, as an extension of corrective measures announced on 28-08-2024. The announcement lists the affected companies together with their license numbers and license dates, spanning insurance agency, brokerage, actuarial consulting, and claims-settlement licenses. The Authority affirmed the importance of dealing only with licensed persons and stated it will continue taking whatever regulatory measures it deems necessary to protect the sector and those dealing with it.
